Curriculum At Faith Christian Academy

FCA uses the A Beka curriculum. A Beka is the foremost Christian curriculum in America, used by many Christian schools across the nation. Children in FCA's pre-kindergarten program will learn letters, sounds,and numbers with Button Bear, as well as Arts and Crafts with Amber Lamb. Children in FCA's Kindergarten program learn the alphabet phonetically (phonics), days of the week, months of the year, colors and shapes.

FCA offers the A Beka DVD program for children in Grades 1-12. This program is taught by certified master teachers. Children receive "superior" academic achievement in Mathematics, English, Science, History, Foreign Language, as well as Physical Education, Art, and Music. Grades 9-12 include over thirty individual courses. There is an "on-site" teacher in each class, ready and willing to assist your child and administer homework, answer questions, etc. With the A Beka curriculum, children receive a "truly Christian education", based on God's Word (the Bible). Your child is not exposed to humanistic, secular textbooks.
