Apostle Rock
Apostle Rock is the founder of FCCWO Church in Fredericksburg, Virginia. He studied theology at Zoe University in Jacksonville, Florida. In 2011, he received a Doctor of Divinity Degree. As the visionary of FCCWO Church, he teaches, preaches, provides leadership development, and prophetic oversight to the ministry.
For over thirty years he has traveled the world and boldly proclaimed the good news of the Kingdom of God, with life changing results. Through his ministry, many souls have been won to the Lord, filled with the Holy Spirit, healed of various diseases, experienced restoration, breakthrough, and favor. His vision is to see God’s dream fulfilled in the lives of all men, women, boys, and girls.
Apostle Ella
Apostle Ella is the co-founder of FCCWO Church with her husband Apostle Rock. They form an impeccable ministry leadership team. She studied theology at Zoe University in Jacksonville, Florida. In 2012, she received a Doctor of Divinity Degree. Apostle Ella is an accomplished worship leader, preacher, teacher, businesswoman, executive, and national keynote speaker.
For over three decades she has ministered to people through the Word and song. Under her tutelage, FCCWO has received multiple awards for Best Houses of Worship in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Her compassion, giving spirit, and love for God punctuate all that she does, and enables her to impact the lives of many.
